About the project

I played a key role in shaping the company’s technical direction by building a detailed roadmap and interviewing and hiring talented software engineers. I also managed and collaborated with third-party technical teams. I designed the development strategy for the Q.PARTNER program and built over 160 new API endpoints. I assisted with a large-scale data migration from MySQL to Postgres and developed two React applications—one for internal use and one for external users. Additionally, I established an efficient development process to ensure smooth project execution.
